Jack-Up Barge in Africa construction of a port in Guinea
Flight over the drilling platform
Engineering surveys are a necessary stage in any construction. After carrying out these works, specialists can draw up an accurate map of natural and technological territorial peculiarities. The need for engineering surveys is due to ensuring the environmental safety of the area. The information obtained is the basis for any construction work. This is the first and fundamental step in project development.
Our company is one of the leaders in Russia for the conduct of engineering surveys. All work is carried out following established legislative and governmental regulations. We carry out projects of any complexity around the world. Our employees with extensive knowledge and huge experience, as well as first-class equipment provide a high quality of work.
We carry drilling in the coastal areas of the seas and oceans. In hard-to-reach places and places with strong tidal phenomena.
To calculate the cost of work required to provide:
geographic coordinates of the object in WGS 84 format;
water column (sea depth at the place of work);
the depth of drilling wells in the ground;
the number of wells;
geological section at the place of work (soil types).
We carry out engineering surveys on the pontoon “Jack-up barge PD3”
Drilling can be carried out both in warm and cold water at air temperatures from -15 to +40 C (from 12.2 to 104 F). The admissible ice thickness is 10 cm.
At a depth of 25 cm to 10 m stabs (legs) are used, the drilling depth is up to 150 m. At a depth of 11 m to 40 m the pontoon is anchored, the drilling depth is up to 25 m. Operation at a wave of no more than 1 m. The water column is no more than 10 meters, taking into account the ebb and flow.
